I use a 12×8 bakery box for my cookies but they always slide around in the box. I have looked on Amazon for a 11z7 box but can't find them. Any ideas how I can keep them from moving in the box?

Maybe a tiny little blob of the frosting on the bottom of each cookie. Kinda glue them to the box a bit. 🙂

I fill the bottom of my cookie boxes with mini marshmallows, that way it’s also edible/foodsafe. I learned that trick from Sweet Dreams Bake Shoppe on YT.

Perhaps cupcake liners?
Tissue paper?
Or to build on the sticking idea, perhaps a drop of honey?
A tiny serving sword stuck through them?

Popcorn around them is what a Betty Crocker cookbook I read once said. It sounds kind of silly though. Marshmallows sound like a great idea as someone above mentioned.

I usually use ganache at work but buttercream, royal icing, glucose all work, as long as it’s edible and not introducing an allergen that’s not declared.

Ideally you want to be able to pack in the quantity needed to fill the box, if needed use little cupcake paper to pack bakery goods snug. Mom used that hack when she sold baked goods.

The fancy bakery we go to uses these little platforms with handles that each delicate pastry is placed on when packaged.
ETA similar to these pastry trays but they have a small handle so you can remove it all without touching or tipping it.
Stop taking them to the park. Sorry, they look delicious though

1/8 cup of Elmer’s glue should do the trick!

Not sure if this would work the same but when I worked in restaurants, we always had this problem with a bowl of soup that was served on a plate. We would put a small piece of paper towel or napkin underneath the bowl to keep it from sliding on the plate. They would also sometimes use a lettuce leaf, that worked well and looked pretty. Perhaps a food-grade lace doily? Or pretty cocktail napkins? Something to give friction between the cookies and the smooth interior of the box.

I’ll just eat them for you.
Jk no the glucose does wonders

Maybe line the box with parchment paper or tissue paper

There have got to be tile spacers for pastries. First person to invent …..?
Butcher paper
Eat em
You really shouldn’t have to “glue” them down with frosting and honestly as a customer I’d be put off a bit if my cookies were stuck to the box.
Lining the box with parchment paper will help so much. Branded parchment with your logo is really cheap and looks great!
You could eat them. But that’s my job 😁
eat them 🙂
little dollop of frosting on the bottom of each one!
A dab of glucose syrup usually does the trick
Have you tried asking them nicely to stop?
How about some boxes with compartments or can find some muffin type cups to hold them ?
