Wondering what this means? Is this some Kobe beef jerky of sorts? My sister bought it in Japan trip.

Not me thinking that’s some ATLA themed food with Aapa on it

  3. Kobe beef jerky would be a crime against humanity

It’s basically shredded up Kobe-ish beef to use for whatever dish you want

Usually it is for rice toppings.
すき焼き means sweetened soy sauce taste, 淡路玉ねぎ is famous onion that from Awaji-island, famous for it’s sweetness.
Hot rice and this, and I would add some scrambled egg, would be great.
Soboro そぼろ means meat, stewed until finely chopped, usually soy and sugar(mirin) sake.
