Dinner with friends inspired by the South of France! I whipped up a Nicoise salad with seared tuna (my husband hates the smell of hard boiled eggs, so no classic version here!). To start, we munched on homemade baba ganoush, red pepper hummus, and whole wheat pita bread. Our friend brought an amazing mixed berry crisp for dessert – the perfect ending to a delicious meal!
