    boneless skin on for me i love crispy skin but they dont sell boneless skin on anywhere really you gotta take the bones out yourself

  3. Bone in skin on thigh is the best you’ll get. Especially over charcoal.

  5. Air chilled is far superior to water chilled chicken. I also have to side with the skin on bone in crowd.
