Hello! I make very basic jam but have come across a peach bourbon jam recipe, is this safe to follow? It looks good but I usually only follow my Ball canning books or my USDA canning. I am a very cautious canner haha so I just wanted to check here before I attempted to make this and it turns out to be a big no-no.
