My wife and I own a cafe in New Jersey, called Whisk It All. Along with serving great coffee at our cafe we decided to make a collapsable cafe cart.
This cart you see here can collapse into several parts for easy transportation. We had a pop up past Saturday and the Profitec handled it like a champ. Pumped out about 50 drinks, temps stayed consistent throughout the duration of the party. Wife wasn’t really feeling my previous station, so she asked that when we are not using the mobile cart that we use it in the coffee corner at the house. Gotta say, it looks a lot better and fits the aesthetic of the kitchen.
Items from Left To Right
Rinse Sink, plumbed with water pump and two 5 gallon water bottles, one for clean water other for dirty water.
Eureka Specialita with Magnet base for easy single dosing
Profitec 600 , had it for about 2 months, have already put it through it’s paces, great workhorse.
