I just finished grilling these ribs that I brought today and I noticed white grain-like stuff. They aren’t scattered all over the rib, just all huddled in one area. I’ve also seen this once before on fried fish from a restaurant. Any idea on what it could be?

how the hell you get house fly eggs on the ribs during a cook ? or was it the rest and you didnt cover it ? id be surprised if they were there before hand and survived the cook/resting

  2. That’s what we call fly rice, high protein rice for the connoisseur.

Fish from a restaurant? Yikes 🤢🤢🤕

  5. Seems you left them laying out uncovered after cooking for a while. Those are fly eggs

Guess I’m never eating your cooking

It’s really hard to imagine you bought and cooked these in a 24 hour span with fully developed fly eggs. This is what 72 hours or more looks like.

fly eggs, those jerks will lay eggs in seconds as soon as the temp goes down.

either you didn’t grill them hot enough, or you let them cool down after grilling.

This is another reason you CANT EAT at everyones house….

  11. They appear to be fly eggs. When you grill do not leave it outside/idle/unintended for a long time.
