I’m so excited, but my nerves keep getting to me. I think it’s the process of changing careers that’s freaking me out, but if I can handle teaching… I should be able to handle baking!

It’s gonna be so much fun, you’ve got nothing to be scared of. I’m a culinary student myself, as in we do both pastry and kitchen practicals and let me tell you, it keeps on getting better- the recipes, the people and the experience all of it!

Hiiii! I’m also switching from teaching to baking. I’m almost finished with my program. I was pretty anxious at first, but things have been great and I have no regrets. You’ll be great!

As a line cook, my experience is that professional bakers are the best people in the hospitality industry so get excited to meet and work beside some truly kind people.
Also a teacher and I always consider starting some sort of baked goods business whenever the kids start wilding out 😭😭 good luck hun!!
