French style potato salad with new potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, red onion and soft-boiled eggs. Served with a vinaigrette-style dressing.

Ingredients (for 4 portions):
– 700 g (25 oz) new potatoes
– 200 g (7 oz) green beans
– 300 g (10.5 oz) cherry tomatoes
– 1 medium red onion
– 5 eggs
– handful fresh dill

Dressing:
– 90ml (1/3 cup) red wine vinegar
– 90ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
– 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
– salt, black pepper

French Style Potato Salad boil water in a pot add 1 teaspoon salt 700g (25oz) new potatoes cook for 15-20 minutes until soft 200g (7oz) green beans cook for 3-4 minutes immediately place in cold water for 1 minute 5 eggs cook for 5-6 minutes until soft-boiled cut the potatoes in half 300g (10.5oz) cherry tomatoes 1 red onion cut into strips bunch of fresh dill add the green beans 90ml red wine vinegar 90ml olive oil 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard mix until combined salt black pepper pour 2/3 dressing over the vegetables mix gently transfer onto serving platter add the soft-boiled eggs cut in half drizzle with the remaining dressing sprinkle some fresh dill on top enjoy! please like and subscribe if you enjoyed this video
