On April, they did my order wrong. I'm a big five guys fan! But where I live at, the workers did my order wrong. I asked for freaking everything except for mustard. Before last year, I had a regular cheese burger and they did my order correctly (old workers). For the price.. I deserve better. I'm not eating five guys where I live at anymore. (I was close to ordering five guys yesterday but I made my own burgers.)
My order: Bacon Cheeseburger with everything (except for mustard), Milkshake, large cajun.
They couldn't even wrap my burger right smh. My family member got mad at one of the workers. She was heated the way they wrap my burger and not putting all the toppings on it. The burger was still delicious, but I was still upset.

Humans make mistakes. I would kindly just ask them to remake my burger if the toppings weren’t correct. No reason to get heated at a restaurant worker lol
There are better burgers out there in burger-land… but for what their prices are, I can’t even afford to park in their free parking lot.
I like them well enough and would even withstand their prices more often than I do, if they didn’t wrap them up in foil and sweat out the buns.
I like 5 Guys, but as others have pointed out, there are other viable alternatives for much cheaper.
I like five guys too, I just don’t like spending $20 on a fast food burger and fries.
out here in CA , I dont know how 5G competes with In & Out.
i think enough idiots drop $$ that they stay open. over priced and so many better options. i’ve had multiple small diner burgers that were vastly better than 5G

I haven’t been to 5 Guys in a few years. Decided to treat myself yesterday for lunch. Walked in, looked at the prices, and walked out. Went to a local bar and got a very good burger, fries & a beer for less that 5 Guys.
They lost me for good. Wow…

I like keeping my money and making something just as good, if not better at home for a fraction of their whack ass prices. Like seriously, it’s not that hard to make a burger.

I love a bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries from Five Guys on occasion. I don’t necessarily care about how expensive it is because it’s the only fast food I like to eat besides pizza, and the free peanuts make it worthwhile for me.

Five Guys is one of the greatest burger restaurants in my area. (Indiana doesn’t have some things that other states have)
Tried it once. The burger was salty, soggy and greasy. The fries were good. The price was not worth it. Didn’t get the hype.
Five Guys is great when you want something super greasy. They really make burgers better. It doesn’t matter what size fries you order. They just dump the whole fryer worth of fries into your bag so that you feel like you got your moneys worth.
