It was too hard to knead, so I put a tiny bit of water on the dough and it made it more manageable.

Question : Is the dough too thick ?
May pasta is hard after cooking it for 4 minutes. So is my pasta too thick ? Or should I boil it more ?

    Yes, looks too thick. Fresh pasta should only need a couple of minutes at most.
