Butternut squash and 5 cheese ravioli. Got tired of making ravioli so tried some tortellini as well.

    Fillings:
    Roasted butternut squash, caramelized onion, garlic, nutmeg, and Parmesan
    4 cheese: ricotta, Parmesan, provolone, mozzarella

    Squash finished with brown butter, spinach, and walnuts
