I haven’t tried it yet! The ingredients sound good, but Aldi sauces can be hit or miss. They also had Lime Habanero and one other one I can’t remember the name of.

  1. Seems like it’d be too sweet for a hot sauce. I don’t think I’d buy it.

  2. Seems like a decent ingredient list. Would probably be killer on some fish tacos.

Decent flavor, just enough kick for you to know they did in fact use habanero in it. It’s runny and not that aesthetically pleasing so I like to pour it over rice bowls

Not just habanero peppers. SELECT habanero peppers!

I was at ALDI fairly recently. I can’t say that I saw this when I was there. I’ll have to look for it the next time I’m there.

My thoughts are, habanero is WAY TOO FAR DOWN the ingredients list.

It’s not the worst sauce in the world but it’s a little too sweet and watery for me.

So you bought it, haven’t tried it, and want opinions?

    Why?

JUST FUCKING EAT IT! Then report back and people who have had it can chime in as well… for those who haven’t, we’d at least have your opinion. Just need that karma *now*….

Good for the price, and toss it on chicken.

I like the fact there’s not a single crap ingredient on that list. Food in the UK has been infested with artificial sweeteners bc of Jamie Fucking Oliver and the ridiculous sugar tax the fat-lipped prick has lumbered on us.

It’s acceptable but nothing really stands out about it.

I really like it! Tasty on Hawaiian pizza or anything that has a hint of sweetness.
