Poor mans brisket and some butt's for pulled pork. Think they turned out pretty good for just learning. Plan to try again next week 🤷‍♂️

    I started at 7am. 180° upped the P to 6.. let it ride for 5 hours. Till I hit ~160° internal. Pulled and wrapped.. bumpedd the temp to 250.. pulled around 5 pm. Everything came off at 205. Then in the cooler for 2 hours to rest.. dinner at 7.

    I want to get a pellet tube.. think they may help with a better crust.. still not bad.. but I can get better.

    *oh also seasoned about 18 hours in advanced. Put in the fridge uncovered. Then left on the counter for about an hour before smoking..
