My friend requested the chocolatiest cake I could make… challenge accepted


Chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache, chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream. This was my first time making Swiss meringue!

    I’m not usually a fan of rich cakes but that sponge looks so good! It looks nice and moist like it would just melt in your mouth. Well done! ☺️
