    Dinner at Al Gatto Verde on 5/30.

    We did the Tasting Menu with Wine Pairings.

    TÔLA DÔLZA
    Super hydrated focaccia // Modenese pesto

    MARE E MELONE
    Seaweed smoked white melon, sea water and marine herbs ADRIATIC BOUILLABAISSE Seafood, saffron, orange

    BORLENGO IN VERDE
    Mountain mushrooms, Parmigiano Reggiano 36 months, springtime greens

    ROMAGNOLO PICCATA
    Rooster, caper berries and lemon herbs AU VIN Vine leaf ravioli, tarragon, grape caviar

    PINEAPPLE PASTA
    Spaghettini from Gragnano, Sicilian pineapples, peperoni cruschi, flames

    AMARO FIORITO
    Spring flowers, cucumber, lime

    CIELO TERRA MARE
    Charcoal, caviar, raspberry, rose and sea water

    This was our first night of a 3 night stay at Casa Maria. We dined after getting in that afternoon and doing a Balsamic Tasting on the property.

    Overall it was an outstanding dining experience. Almost every dish was a standout to me besides the desserts. Service was fantastic and it’s tough to beat the ambiance of Casa Maria Lucia. Fantastic Meal!
