Brown rice, barley and Oats (1/3 cup each) cooked in 3 cups water, 2 cups milk, 3 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for 30 minutes at high pressure in a pressure cooker.
Topped with a fresh nectarine, a small palmful of chopped walnuts, a small palmful of rasins, and fat spoonful of high fat greek yogurt, dusted with a pinch of chia seeds.

That’s a lot of added sugar and saturated fat.
