Threw this together after searching the web for “summer gnocchi” and reading a few recipes.

•Cooked the gnocchi (store bought) in a bit of olive oil till crunchy & browned on outside and soft inside.
•Sautéed zucchini, corn & tomatoes with some garlic in olive oil, till browned. Seasoned with s&p. Added back in the gnocchi with a tiny pat of butter & stirred it all up.
•Topped with fresh basil. Added an appropriate amount of Parmesan.
Very tasty and light. I usually do a cream sauce but I might like this better.
