Made the 4 seasons into cupcakes and won with a unique tea party display and played Vivaldi with a Bluetooth speaker hidden in the evergreen branches.
Spring – Elderflower cupcake with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream (made my own elderflower and lilac syrup)
Summer – Pina colada cupcake, coconut cake soaked in coconut rum with pineapple jam and vanilla meringue buttercream
Fall – Apple pie cupcake, apple cake with apple pie filling and vanilla cream cheese frosting
Winter – Hot Cocoa, decadent mint chocolate cake with swirled peppermint frosting!
