Dad's birthday party last night. My fiance made the buns. I will say I could've doubled up on the burger patty to make the ratio of bun to burger a little better. Still a damn good burger. 80/20 course ground. From the cow I bought a few weeks ago… Got about 80-85lbs of ground beef in the deep freezer still. So you'll definitely see some more burger pics in the next couple months.

    I started using Joshua Weissman’s hamburger bun recipe and haven’t looked back. I never realized what a difference a quality bun would make.
