People seem to love that combination. I can’t really stand Swiss cheese and while I like mushrooms, I think they take away from the flavor of a good burger.
So to me, no. I don’t like mushroom Swiss burgers. That being said, I’m in the minority here.

Mushroom & Swiss with sauteed mushrooms and grilled onions. No condiments needed when prepared properly with just salt and pepper. Especially good as a smashed double on a brioche bun.

It’s a fantastic combo but I think others outshine it. The mushrooms are the star and I find that they usually.end up and afterthought compared to the rest of the burger. It’s always a banger when I make it at home to my own specifications, but I would never order one out.
