Kidding, but the marbling on these beauties was drastically better than all the other packaged ones in the case. Score!

    I seriously doubt it. Short ribs are generally very marbled.

    You just found especially good ones.

    Also, I’ve seen Kobe that isn’t close to that marbled, it’s simply a kind of steer that’s graded prior to being butchered.
