Trying to get some opinions on this brand

Just seems to be too good- they state it’s one ingredient but that one ingredient is “good wheat”- registered trademark

Says it’s non GMO

I checked on their site. Basically, they bred the semolina wheat into a variety that is higher in fiber. It is not whole grain however, so it would be missing some of the nutrients found in the germ. I’m not sure if it means they are roll milling and then adding the bran back in to add the fiber back or if they actually managed to create a variety of semolina that somehow has fiber in the endosperm. Either way, not as healthy as whole grain, but better than white flour.

How are they allowed to list the ingredients as their proprietary formula? How did they even pass the regulations? I can make my product and say that it contains MyProduct^TM and it’s very very good for you trust me bro.

What’s binding the wheat to make the pasta? How can it just be one ingredient?
