I enjoyed this store bought product, but not the price. I can make this from the ingredients for incredibly cheap…..but I can’t season it to be as tasty as the store bought version. Suggestions (and by that I mean…..directions?)

A high protein grain bowl with quinoa or couscous, chickpeas and black&red beans seasoned with…..?

Cook the grains and beans with vegetable broth, add bay leaves, Mexican Oregano and whatever else you want. Sumac is great as a topping. Roasted sea salt is another must have imo.

Roasted eggplant in a jar or even spicy avgar would be great to add as well.

Those would be my first suggestions and then go from there and experiment.

    I’d go some combination of:

    Olive oil
Garlic or garlic powder (probably powder in this case)
    Salt
    Pepper
    Coriander
    Paprika
    Oregano
    Rosemary

the citrus vinaigrette could be recreated with your own dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and then add orange zest, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, onion powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper to taste
