I got a stainless steel pain for Christmas last year and I ve been slowly trying to perfect my cooking with tips from everyone here.

I did miss medium-rare by a bit but the steak still came out amazing.

    Looks like a nice medium, ribeyes are pretty forgiving with the fat content so I’m sure it turned out fantastic!

    Looks great but you can push it further. For thinner steaks what works for me is searing it right out the fridge so it’s cold hitting the pan. The middle won’t cook as fast but make sure you pat it down with a paper towel so it’s very dry on the outside.
