Looks like she didn’t drain the fat from the meatballs before adding the tomatoes / sauce

Too much grease from the meatballs has got into the sauce and is slicking across the top. She needs to cook the tomato sauce down a lot more before adding the meatballs too in order to reduce the moisture content. Make the sauce super thick and then loosen back up with starchy pasta water when you mix the sauce and the pasta.

How long does she cook it for? Do you know what she puts in it? People are saying the grease but it’s way more than that. This shit is practically a tomato broth, incredibly thin and watery nothing is even clinging to the meatballs. There’s a *lot* going wrong here…
