These guys were set up across the street from my hostel and they were the best crew! These burgers were tasty!

Eggs don’t go in burgers, think I also see breadcrumbs. It’s fine, but it’s closer to meatloaf than a burger.

For everyone here whining about how these aren’t “hamburgers”…. well, you’re right. They aren’t nor are they supposed to be. These guys are using ground chicken and wearing aprons that literally say “chicken grill” right on them….

Various things used to be added to ground beef as a filler, in some places that still carries on out of tradition or necessity.
