Try them and see if you like them. That’s really the only standard that exists. The linguine is bronze-cut, so supposedly pretty ok. The pappardele is not bronze-cut, but hey. If you like it, you like it.

Don’t know about Campagnola but Liguori’s is a 5/5, the golden standard of pasta

Liguori (the white one) is a nice brand, I think

They look like they’ll hold the sauce better due to the riges unlike the usual yellow and smooth pasta that looks like plastic so probably 🙂 will try em too

Liguori is legit, don’t know the other brand but looks really good, too.

I make my own pasta with bronze and plastic dies.
I find that if you use semola IE. Durum wheat flour it’s also rough for sauce to cling to so I’m not obsessed with it being bronze die cut.
But in general the bronze die cut stuff is better quality and liguori is a good brand. Don’t know the other one.

La Pasta Liguori è approvata! 💯% farina italiana

I don’t know this brand, but I do love pasta nests in general. So convenient. I found they’re more commonly used in Italy than the straight pastas too.

LIGOURI is a very good commercial brand up there with DeCecco and Rummo.
