First time making pasta from scratch any tips? I felt it a little dry but I’m not sure. I’m cooking it tmrw.

    Looks like it needs more kneading or it may be to dry. Good start congratulations

  2. If you are going to use a pasta roller be sure to laminate it.. basically roll a price and fold it into thirds, roll it down, do the sam buy at 90 degrees..do that a few times foe far better rolling texture..good luck
