There’s a story behind this cake….
I was a poor refugee, living as a foreigner in Bangalore, in a crammed little studio apartment.
I had no whisk, no sharp knife, NO proper equipment to make this, I managed to make it on an induction stove in a non stick pot somehow………my love and passion for food, and my need for having a sweet something after my dinner forced me to make this!
**I made it all from scratch, even the ice cream was homemade!**
