    If it’s food and has some sort of a surface, I’m putting an egg on it. Hell, those aren’t even necessary conditions for me some of the time.

    Prosciutto and Arugala Pizza with a Sunnyside Egg is top tier; tried it first in college, and now my leftover weekend pizza gets its own egg yolk addition

    I just have trouble putting it on too early or too late. Doesn’t help that I keep switching between dough, indoor oven, and outdoor oven. That being said, it rules when it turns out perfect.
