These are just a small handful (the ones made with dairy-free “ricotta” for my mom) but the others…got them summer tanlines. 🥲 I had a mishap with the regular ricotta so those will have to wait until tomorrow to be completed, but at least I got these done in time for her birthday. I only really got to taste the shell and fillings separately but they tasted pretty good so I can imagine they taste great together. I just gotta make a few adjustments to the type of pot I use for crying. (And invest in a pasta roller for more uniform shells.)
