    Freshly ground beef of chuck & short rib (30/70) wet-cured for 24 hours and cooked smash in lard.

    Burger made on a freshly baked butter roll, with baked onions, freshly whipped mayo secret zowz and aged Murican Cheddar.

    I had Tum’s for dessert.
