In honor of today’s Euros kicking off in Hamburg between the Netherlands and Poland, I thought it would be fitting to post about the only three Michelin starred restaurant in Hamburg, the Table by Kevin Fehling.

As the name indicates, the restaurant consists of one long table which only sits 20 people per night. Chef Kevin Fehling became Germanys youngest three Michelin starred chef at “La belle Epoque” before opening his own restaurant in 2015.

The menu here is called “the gate to the world” and is exactly that. Chef Fehling showcases cuisines from all over the world, from Germany and beyond to Japan, India and Mexico. Dishes are minimalistic yet complex. Throughout the meal you are served around 18 courses.

The menu costs €315 and I would definitely recommend a visit. Here a link to a short video from my visit last week.
