Pasta salad is on the recipe card – I used New Republic cauliflower linguini. Butter could be replaced with EVOO (and/ or ghee).
For the salad, 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup EVOO, 1.5 T sugar, plus some candied jalapeños + liquid from the canned jalapeños (that's my favorite touch). Veggies: thinly sliced cucumbers, quartered cherry tomatoes, slivered red onions, and plenty of fresh dill.
