Thinking about buying a corsetti stamp for myself. Many of the places that sell them offer a choice of wood. For those who have been down this road before, what are the +- of the choices, and what do you recommend?

    I bought a couple of inexpensive ones, one beechwood and one pearwood. They both work fine. I think the choice at least partly boils down to looks. Do you have a favorite wood, or do you have other wooden things in your kitchen that you’d like them to go with? If so, you have options.
