First time ever smoking wings on a gas grill and I’m happy with how they turned out. Used applewood pellets and the seasoning is a cherry cola seasoning with scratch made cherry bbq sauce.

Definitely doable, save up and get a newer pellet grill. Everything is Bluetooth and it’s plug and play, obviously not the cheapest purchase. I did this for a bit then bought and offset, then got a pellet. Best purchase I’ve ever made
