Friends of ours kiddo was turning 3! I'm a hobby baker and have made cakes before but not in the shape of a bat, or with black buttercream! I did vanilla cake and strawberry filling inside. The birthday boy was very pleased and said "awesome cake!" 🤣 I also made some rice crispy squares and got a little creative with the oreos. All in all, very fun project!

It looks soooo delicious. What is that piping called? It reminds me of retro decorative cakes from maybe the 90s? I always thought it made cakes look so decadent lol.
