I grilled these chicken wings over 2 hours to get them to 180°F then tossed with Bachan's Hot and Spicy. I only prepped the wings with a light coating of Lawry's and black pepper. Just regular Kingsford for fuel. They were a nice smokey, umami, and sweet taste.
