Homemade chashudon with negi ( or the most similar vegetable available in my area). I marinated pork belly 24 ours and then simmered it for 2.5 hours. Melting in mouth and extra savory!

    This was the dish I was preparing when I accidentally nicked a tendon in my hand and needed emergency surgery, lol.

    Looks absolutely delicious though! It’s so rich and decadent, but so absolutely worth it. I usually make it after I’ve made ramen so I usually add a marinaded egg as well!
