I need to make sure I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself of the normal food I love or I will start to b*ng3. We make thick crust pizza for dinner at least once a week. This is literally the same recipe we use for our normal pizzas, I just decided to use less dough ( and less cheese) to make a thin crust instead of thick crust. I didn’t get the exact dimensions but I think it ended up being be a 9 inch by 10 inch pizza.
All Aldi ingredients:
139g of pizza dough stretched thin = 277 cal
93g Shredded mozzarella = 265 cal
79g marinara sauce = 31 cal
40g of cherry tomatoes = 20 cal
Microgreens = negligible
=593 cal rounded to 600 cals for entire pizza
Next time I might try cooking the crust on the pizza stone for like one minute before adding the other ingredients as it was a little floppy on the bottom.

Which pizza crust did you use? Was it the pre made dough that is in a bag? I can’t remember the name but I keep seeing it there and have been wondering about it.
