The first one looks great. The second looks a little to sloppy/ messy for my taste, and the third I like the veggies added. I would go there to eat if I knew you were cooking. We used to have a local restaurant it was hit and miss depending on who was working that night. So we started trying to figure out which nights which person was cooking.
