Reverse seared at 240 for 70 minutes, seared on CI for a total of about 4 minutes, flipping every 60 seconds.

Served on grilled onions, with sweet potatoes and garlic bread. Each steak was 1.1-1.2 lbs and cost $25 for both! Amazing

    I got some incredible Choice cuts from Costco this weekend. Costco has the best meat I swear.

    I never get prime from Costco cause the choice always looks pretty good. Prime is great but the choice if cooked well is never bad
