Steak Choice (I SWEAR!!!) ribeye from Costco June 21, 2024 Reverse seared at 240 for 70 minutes, seared on CI for a total of about 4 minutes, flipping every 60 seconds.Served on grilled onions, with sweet potatoes and garlic bread. Each steak was 1.1-1.2 lbs and cost $25 for both!
