Hello, Reddit! I just bought packaged boiled sweet potato from my local Japanese market. It wasn’t refrigerated in the store, rather just sitting in a basket at the front of the store. I am not sure if I should refrigerate it, and the text in the back is too warped for Google translate to recognize it. Any help would be amazing.
