It’s very pale looking meat if its meant to be beef it’s poor quality

  2. Aggravating_Wing_973

Little over medium not quite medium well

  3. medhat20005

Looks like pork, and if that’s the case I’m really impressed by the crust.

  4. BigCryptographer2034

    140-150, it’s not horrid, I’ve had worse

  5. Domsdad666

A little overdone for me, so I would probably slice it very thin and put it in a sandwich.

  6. anarchydevil

Medium well? Yeah still juicy so I’d eat it

  7. flstfat1998

    Has a “hammy” color. If it’s a pork chop I’m in…..

Accidents can happen. Slice it thin, use sauce, buy a probe thermometer.

There isn’t a lot I wouldn’t eat (you read that right). That’s a little well done for me but I would eat it and be thankful for whomever cooks it for me.

Judging by the crust, the rendered fat and the edge to edge pink, this was probably slow cooked in some way. Temp could be 60 C maybe a little north.
Regardless though I would consume this bad boy without questions asked.

A bit past where I would usually cook it, but the sear looks good and IMO tri-tip specifically can benefit from being closer to medium than medium rare. Would definitely eat!!

Impossible to answer based on a picture. Temp is all that matters.

Little overdone for fork and knifing it but exactly how I like it sliced for sandwiches.

  14. If its beef, its 136 maybe 2-4 degrees warmer than I like my steaks. Yes I would eat that if its beef.

dude is this beef? you said tri tip roast but what color did it look like raw?

High 130’s. Removed from heat just in time!

Many years ago, my wife made baked pork chops with bleu cheese. Smelled like vomit, but it was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten

  18. LuciferJj

Medium well but it’s not a bad looking steak. I’d give it a shot

  19. climbingthro

It looks eerily similar to a sous vide pork tenderloin with a nice rub, so I’m gonna guess it’s about 155-160 internal and perfectly safe to eat. Kind’ve a red herring for this sub to attack

  20. stoned-kakapo

I’d eat it, beautiful and thick crust, but way too overcooked for my taste, but I like rare to black and blue, medium rare being acceptable.

  21. FUCKINHATEGOATS

    Solid high medium

If I were to nit pick, I’d say one side cooked longer than the other

  22. crunchyp3anut

I don’t know why I find this so confusing and I’m talking about the picture

  23. That’s a high medium to me. Looks juicy, so it’s perfect, again, from my perspective 😁
