    Horse is an incredible protein if you like lean meat. Personally I love it. Wish it was more readily available in the UK.

    A farmer friend that would butcher some of their horses called it “hamb”.

    I feel like horse probably tastes good if it had marbling. This thing is very lean with zero marbling
