It’s fine to eat burger with fork and knife, but I think structural integrity is big part of good burger.
You should be able to reasonably eat it as god intended to and get a good bite of all the ingredients. Thať’s the beauty of a burger after all.

Looks like the yolk was fried too hard which defeats the purpose of putting an egg on a burger (should be runny). I’m sure it was still good though!

I think eating a ‘tall’ burger with a knife and fork is totally normal behaviour. If it’s too big to get a realistic bite in your mouth without needing to have a shower afterwards it’s sensible to use cutlery – that’s why we use cutlery when we eat Bolognese
