I have been making my birthday cakes 3 years in a row. This year in May, I decided to make a lemon themed cake! I really stepped it up this year and got a turntable, cake scraper, and 8 inch pans. I also made it three layers instead of two like previous years, learned a piping technique, and how to do an ombré with frosting! I can’t wait to learn more!
