Ive made it in the past but I’ve gotten into ball recipes recently and i can’t find anything similar

    The vinegar to water ratio looks ok, but you should always be following a trusted source for canning recipes as using an untested recipe can cause foodborne illness. Use sources like ball or national center for home food preservation, or any of the others in the wiki on this sub.

    The other thing I see here is they tighten the lids after processing. Do not do this. Additionally, the rings should be removed after the jars have cooled for 12-24 hours. Store without the rings on so you know if a seal has failed. The flat part of the lid is what seals the jar, not the ring. The ring just keeps the flat in place while the jar is sealing.
