INGREDIENTS:

2 cups yellow cornmeal
6 cups water
1 tbs pink salt
1 tbs avocado oil
1 stick of butter
5 boiled eggs
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 tsp cream cheese
salt to taste
paprika

DIRECTIONS:

Bring the water to a boil in a large pot,add salt and oil.Gradually whisk in the cornmeal.Reduce the heat to low and cook,stirring often,until the mixture thickens and the cornmeal is tender,about 15 to 20 minutes.Remove the pot from the heat.
Into a baking pan layer the butter,eggs,cheese,cream cheese,salt. Add the polenta over. Ready to serve!Enjoy!💛
